Oct 30, 2010 is Archeology Day!

Join us at the French Legation Museum as we celebrate archeology! On Saturday, October 30, gates will open at 1:00pm for this day of free fun and learning activities. Guests will enjoy free tours of the French Legation Museum, the oldest wood-frame structure in Austin and a Texas State Archeological Landmark. Hands-on activities include children's mock dig, meet & greet with Texas Historical Commission Archeological Stewards, Native American crafts, fun info and coloring sheets, and displays of archeological findings from the historic site.
