EVENING UNDER THE OAKS, THE FRENCH LEGATION MUSEUM’S FUNDRAISING CONCERT SERIES, CONTINUES THE 2010 SEASON WITH TEXAS BANDS SOUP AND CALLIOPE MUSICALS ON FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2010.

Admission is just $3.00 for this outdoor event. Gates open at 6:00 pm for b.y.o.b. picnics (don’t forget to bring a chair or blanket). Music begins at 6:30 in the evening. 100% of proceeds benefit the museum (so don’t forget to tip your musicians).

The FRENCH LEGATION MUSEUM is a non-profit historic house museum. The structure was built to serve as the diplomatic outpost for King Louis Philippe of France to the Republic of Texas in 1841.
